We're In This — Together

About Me

I believe therapy should be more than a place to process struggles—it should be a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to create change.

My journey into this field began nine years ago as a mental health technician in adolescent residential treatment. But in truth, my connection to mental health started long before that—during my own adolescence. Like many, I struggled, and it was during that time that a therapist made a profound impact on my life. That experience shaped me, deepening my passion for helping others who feel alone, lost, or discouraged—because I’ve been there too.

I’m not here to hand you easy answers. My role is to help you uncover the ones already within you—answers that may feel out of reach right now but are absolutely there. No one knows you better than you know yourself, but sometimes, we all need support in getting out of our own way.

I’m not the kind of therapist who sits back, nods, and simply listens. I engage. I meet you where you are, whether you're an adolescent navigating school and relationships, an adult feeling stuck, or a couple or family working through challenges. My approach is built on connection, understanding, and real conversations that help you move forward.

Over the years, I have worked in a variety of settings, each deepening my understanding of the complexities of mental health. I’ve worked with school-aged clients in the education system, provided therapy on an inpatient psychiatric unit for those facing severe mental health or substance use challenges, and most recently, I’ve supported first responders, city employees, their children, and their families. These diverse experiences have reinforced my belief that healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all process—it’s deeply personal and unique to each individual.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, specializing in ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and a wide range of other challenges. But therapy isn’t just about diagnoses or fixing what's "wrong" with you—it’s about helping you understand yourself, break free from unhelpful patterns, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are and who you want to become.

Healing isn’t linear, and growth doesn’t happen overnight. But it does happen in the small moments—when you gain new insight, when you feel a little lighter, when you realize you’re capable of more than you thought. My job is to help you see that, to help you navigate the complexities of your story, and to walk beside you as you take the next steps forward.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

If you’re ready for meaningful change and a therapist who will walk alongside you for the long haul, I’m here to help.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

I invite you to reach out and begin your journey. Together, we can navigate life's challenges and work towards your goals.
